Zero Balancing Forms & Fulcrums Course Description
This workshop will utilize Chinese movement principles to focus on mechanics to find the optimal body position for the individual practitioner while performing Zero Balancing. The fundamental concepts of donkey/donkey and interface, and maintaining the interface in the working environment will be explored. This class will help participants develop good working habits in both body and mind, allowing an integration of Zero Balancing into the participants work and the principles into their lives.
